Jessica Gabrielli – Controlled Strength & Fitness Specialist, Movement Artiste & Researcher
Artist by training and athlete at heart, Jessica Angelique Gabrielli sources inspiration, knowledge and expertise from her love for movement and physical exertion. Holding a Degree in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Fitness, Jessica is a true hybrid practitioner in the emerging field of Movement Culture.
With a lifelong passion and practice nested in the disciplines of Distance Running, Dance, Yoga and Martial Arts (Thai Boxing, KungFu and Taichi), Jessica continues to refine her craft with dedication, upholding the emphasis on Strength & Conditioning as an essential component of any movement skill:

Through the broad spectrum of her profession, Jessica seeks to expand collective and individual experiences of the body in motion. She understands Movement as a powerful process of Transformation – both in terms of physical practice and as an art form. Cultivating a passion for Fitness and Wellbeing by means of holistic and creative pursuits, Jessica furthers her vocation as a Movement Researcher by tying artistic practice with commitments to Internal Martial Arts, Sports and Nutritional studies. She believes in adopting an integral approach to Health and Peak Performance, by finding the right alignment between Mind, Body and Soul.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts -1st Class Honors (LASALLE Singapore) in May 2013, working across fields of Painting, Installation, Choreography and Performance Art. Competing in endurance running at national levels for the past 7 years, she is also a registered Personal Trainer (Cert.II &IV FIAFitnation 2014), certified Strength & Conditioning coach, and ‘Controlled Strength’ Specialist (CSYA, Yoga Athletica RYS200). Currently furthering her Diploma in Fitness Specialism with FIA Fitnation & Endeavour College of Natural Health.
