What is Fit Hit?
Fit Hit is a specifically designed, 45 minute total body workout for all fitness levels to burn as much energy as you can; therefore igniting your metabolism for many hours after the workout has stopped. It is all about your own intensity which over time we aim to increase delivering the results you are after. Less fat, more muscle tone!
How fit do I need to be?
We have 3 variations of all exercises completed in the class, from beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are only 4 people in the class so you are in good hands with your trainer.
Do I need to book?
Yes, all bookings can be done online directly from the timetable. Click on the date, location and time that suit you. Then you just need to create an account, buy some classes and then you can complete the booking.
First class, what do I do?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health screening and have a chance to talk to your trainer. Classes will start on time.
What do I wear and bring?
Comfortable exercise clothing and shoes. You will need a water bottle and towel. If you happen to forget a towel you can grab one from your trainer for $2.
Can I cancel?
Yes you can cancel online or call the studio. To cancel you need to do it the day prior to your class before 7pm or normal charges apply.
How many classes do you recommend?
That depends on what else you might be doing. 3 would be a good start if you are not doing a structured strength program. Talk to your trainer to get the right recommendation for you.
