Fit Hit training is designed to burn fat by increasing your body’s metabolism through a specifically designed 45 minute total body workout. As there are only 5 people per group we can monitor and record your sessions for motivation and inspiration. You will be pushed, but only to your individual training capacity, ensuring maximum personal results.

1.  Create an account

Fitline needs just a few details to get you into group training. Once you have created your account, you will receive a Username and Password. You can then log in to purchase the training package that suits you.

2.  Buying Small Group Training Packages

Simply choose the package that sounds right for you.

3. Check out our timetable and choose a class

All classes are suited to all Fitness levels, just choose the time that suits you.
Take a peek at the timetable, Fitline coaches are world-class, so no matter which class you choose, you are in expert hands.

4. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class
