Our 1 on1 Personal Training sessions are tailored specifically to you and your situation. Whether you’re male or female, no matter what shape or size you are, we are trained professionals who are able to thoroughly cater to you and your circumstances.

 

The level of care we invest in your unique program is unmatched. The first week we train together is incredibly important to us. During this time we will gauge your energy levels, workout habits and experience, eating habits, level of performance, weight cardio and strength levels, current or past injuries you may be nursing and your lifestyle and stress levels. Yes, that’s a lot, and it’s what allows us to design a workout routine that fits in with your lifestyle that will be completely customised to you, your capabilities and your goals.

 

Your assigned trainer will carefully guide you through your training routine ensuring you maximise your performance while maintaining the correct technique in order to avoid injuries.

This Is What A Typical 1on1 PT Session Looks Like

From the moment you arrive one of our friendly staff will be there to help you settle in, get changed and find a secure locker for your belongings. If it’s your first session, your trainer will take you through an initial assessment so that your session can be tailored to accommodate your needs and current fitness levels.

 

Before you exercise, you will go through a pre-exercise mobility routine that takes 5 to 10 minutes. During this time, your trainer will speak to you about your physical condition and how you are feeling that day to try and identify any cause for concerns before you train. Once this is complete, you will enter, start a warm-up that is tailored to the exercises you will complete that day.

 

The session will commence and your trainer will stay with you throughout every exercise, the rest periods and the cool down, ensuring you get through the session hiccup-free. Stretches and cool down are protocol at Fitline as they ensure you safely recover from the session. Before you leave, you can make use of our private shower and change rooms to continue on with your day making sure you leave our studio feeling a million bucks.

Brightly lit and spacious, Fitline’s layout ensures you are never crammed next to anyone while you lift weights. Unlike other gyms, our scheduling ensures that you are never left waiting to use a piece of equipment.

 

We host a mixture of premium-quality equipment such as assisted machinery, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, treadmills and cable machines. Our clean and private bathrooms are available for your use so that you can easily freshen up before you go about the rest of your day.

Small-Group Training Sessions

Fun Fit Hit Training (45 minutes)
If you like working out with others then our fun, functional small group training sessions are perfect for you. Here’s what you can expect:
These individually tailored, personalised fitness sessions are designed to focus on functional cardio and strength exercises in a small group environment. Extremely motivational and super fun, our tight-knit groups allow for our trainers to monitor you closely every step of the way ensuring you are only pushed to your individual training capacity. Inspiring others to achieve their goals whilst you progress towards yours is the vibrant training environment you can expect when you sign up for our small group sessions. Don’t worry about being bored, each session is completely tailored and different from the last so that you are always learning new exercises that tackle different areas of fitness.

1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions

(60 minutes)
Once you start with us for personal training you will be assigned with a trainer who will spend time assessing your situation and looking at things like:
Your selected personal trainer will then assess your fitness goals either short or long term and then work out a method of training that is going to be best for you and you only. He or she will then guide you through each training session uncovering your weaknesses and identifying your strengths so that you can get the most out of each session. Each session is designed so that you don’t increase the risk of harm or put to much strain on your body causing you to burn out. Your trainer is held accountable for your safety within the gym and will make sure that you are performing the correct movements to ensure you can continue to train at maximum performance without the hiccup of injuries.

Commonly Asked Questions

There is no outlined level of fitness that you need to be within in order to join Fitline. Depending on your level of fitness will determine the types of classes and sessions we put you through. We have classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness level or you can take the super personalised approach and do our 1 on 1 training.

We advise you to wear comfortable exercise clothes and enclosed shoes, preferably runners. You will also need a water bottle and a towel. If you do forget your towel you can always grab one from your trainer for $2.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so that your trainer can go through a health screening with you and understand your goals, fitness levels and other fitness factors. Classes will then commence on time and go for the full 45 or 60 minutes depending on the class you are attending.

Yes! We always encourage our clients to bring a friend to train within our small group sessions. It’s always great to see friends motivating each other through the sessions.
