A warm welcome to Rachael Gissing

History & Background: I moved from England to Australia in January 2010 to assist in the opening of a large chain of British optical stores. I began training here in Melbourne with a strength coach who completely inspired me and it was from here I discovered my passion for all areas of fitness, nutrition and body sculpting. After a year of training with my coach I was asked if I would like to compete in a body building competition. I knew this would be extremely challenging both mentally & physically & couldn’t wait to get stuck in! After a tough year of Competition preparation I stepped on stage placing 3rd in both figure & physique categories. It was from here on that I decided I wanted a career within the health & fitness industry.
