The Latest Recruit – Bec!

Bec is someone who is quite simply fanatical about fitness and food! Whilst always maintaining and keen interest in fitness and health- developing food allergies really ignited her desire and passion for the fitness industry- with a keen focus on dynamics of nutrition and exercise.
Bec has worked in the fashion and hospitality industry for over 7 years whilst always maintaining an interest in the health and fitness. She soon realised this was only thing she was truly passionate about and this led her to pursue a career in the fitness industry -studying at the Australian Institute of Fitness. She then went on to establish her own successful personal training business that has a fun and cheeky approach to fitness and work. Bec thinks everyone deserves to gain self-confidence through fitness, and thus endeavors to build every clients sense of self-worth through a ‘whole package’ mentality that works on building people up from the inside out.
Fitline is the next progression for Bec – as here she believes she can truly help change peoples lives.

Bec is not only an expert trainer focusing on weight-loss, core strengthening and functional movements, the years in fashion and hospitality has equipped her with exceptional interpersonal skills. She further has advanced knowledge on nutrition, dietary requirements and allergies – an important weapon against the battle of the bulge! Her approach is that it’s important to believe in the attainable – to set realistic goals and recognize everyone is different. You are not a warrior. You are not a Spartan. You are YOU! And she is here to help you get the best out of yourself and your body. She will be there every step of the way, will be the first to congratulate you when you show off your toned, taut thighs or bulging biceps, and there to push you harder and keep you motivated when that last rep seems like it will go on forever!

  • Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
  • Senior first aid level 2
  • Certificate in weight loss nutrition
