Fit Hit training is designed to burn fat by increasing your body’s metabolism through a specifically designed 45 minute total body workout. As there are only 4 people per group we can monitor and record your sessions for motivation and inspiration. You will be pushed, but only to your individual training capacity, ensuring maximum personal results.
