We are all very excited about the launch of Metabolic Precision in September, I just coudn’t wait to try out some of the great recipes in this program.
As my weekend treat I made MP Pear and Mixed Berry Crumble, absolutely delish!

Now keep in mind for those of you cutting down on the sugar this is still a ‘treat’ for the week, all be it healthy sugars, they need to be consumed in moderation.
Pear & Mixed Berry Oven Baked Crumble Metabolic Precision Desert
4 Green pears, cored and thinly sliced
200g frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup natural sultanas (I used dried cranberries)
1 tsp of grated orange rind (I used lemon)
2 tbsp honey (I substituted Rice Malt Syrup)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup natural muesli (fruit free) – I used ‘Forage’ – gluten free
Canola Light oil Spray
1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
Pre-heat the oven to 180. Spray a 6 cup capacity overproof dish with canola spray. place pears, mixed berries and sultanas and orange zest into the dish. Drizzle Honey over ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover dish with foil. Bake in Oven for 30 mins.
When 30 mins is up, remove foil and top with natural muesli. Return dish to oven and continue to bake for 10 min. Serve with yoghurt ( I used natural sheeps yoghurt) and sprinkle with flaxseed meal. This will give your desert a delicious, nutty taste.
