We have had so much success maximizing our personal training clients results with kettlebells over the last 2 years that we had to offer this incredible system as a group program, but with all the same coaching and personal attention as our PT clients get, so we are offering this program to 10 participants only.

The Fitline Furnance is a dynamic program designed to get you leaner and stronger without bulking up!

The kettlebell is fast becoming one of the most popular training tools in the fitness industry for good reasons:

  • With one tool you can condition your whole body much faster than any other exercise equipment.
  • The benefits are almost immediate – with increases in strength, power, agility, flexibility, balance and endurance occurring within the first few classes and weeks.

10 Week Group Program with a maximum of 10 participants only!

  • 2 X 45 minute sessions a week
     
  • Maximum 10 participants to ensure maximum results.
  • Mondays and Wednesdays @ 12.30pm
