Fitline’s ongoing Executive Health Program: Movement for a Professional Life is designed to assess and measure your current state of health and fitness, and deliver an exercise and nutritional plan of action that suits your working life.

This is why we work over 12 months to turn your health around. Broken down into four 12-week cycles of development, you’ll work with your exercise and nutritional coach to move you progressively towards your optimal health and fitness.
