History & Background

After retiring from his career as a professional Footballer in the UK (1989-1997), Robbie Peters has dedicated his time and energy to transforming the lives of his clients by utilising unique training techniques to deliver fantastic results. Robbie completed his Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy in 1999 in the UK and went on to train in one of London’s busiest Central London gyms before making the move ‘Down Under’ in February 2005. Since arriving in Melbourne, Robbie has continued to extend himself with various training courses and personal sports achievements.

Robbie’s passion for delivering outstanding results is his motivation to keep each of his sessions interesting and challenging. He has the ability to cater to clients of all fitness levels and is able to offer his clients a diverse range of training options including: Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebell Training, Power/Olympic Lifting, Technique based 1:1 Boxing, Sports specific training Programs (e.g. Athletics, football, basketball, Marathon 10k, 5k running, along with most other team sports, Rugby, Soccer etc), and also in Core stability & Functional Movement and Heart Rate performance.

Robbie knows first hand how important dedication and motivation are to achieving your health goals and draws on his experience as a professional soccer player in the UK for 10 years. Robbie understands the whole concept of exercise, diet and psychology and leading by example. Robbie works his clients masterfully, getting them fantastic results and manages to take them to levels of health and fitness they originally thought were impossible.
