History and background

Katee has ‘followed her bliss’ to the fitness industry after growing up with an active and adventurous family. She has been competing in Traithlon since 2004 and has recently taken on the challenge to train for a Half Ironman in late 2011.

Whilst completing a Bachelor Exercise Science from 2004 - 2008 Katee worked in various roles within the fitness industry from personal training, swim coaching, leadership and management roles. Since establishing her own business in Prahran in 2009 she has conducted Boot Camps, Running groups and trained individuals to achieve weight loss, functionality, conditioning, mobility and strength. Katee is also currently studying Life Coaching to further assist clients in living better lives.

As a personal trainer and coach, Katee believes in a holistic approach to training that focuses on individual differences and needs. Katee has supported clients in changing behaviors that limit wellness to now feel energetic, mobile, strong and healthy. In changing their behavior they are now accountable for their wellness and have skills to achieve long lasting results as their values around health and wellness change
