History & Background

As a youngster, Josh was a keen soccer player and by the age of 11 was playing A grade for Brisbane Lions. At the age of 17, he had discovered the benefits of vigorous physical activity. He joined a gym and was soon enjoying a resistance training regime, with improvements to both his body and state of mind.

After finishing college in Melbourne, Josh moved north to Brisbane and took on a range of physically demanding jobs, all of which fostered his interest in developing strength, stamina and endurance. This led to an exploration of all aspects of health and fitness, including nutrition and it's relationship to physical activity. In 2006, he became a personal trainer completing his Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and began his fitness career. Joshua prides himself on his versatility and knowledge to identify the best way for each client to achieve their goals and enjoy the journey to a better and healthier body.
