History and background
__________
Holly has spent most of her life performing and teaching young individuals
towards succeeding in the performing arts industry. After studying
abroad (New York, Los Angeles and London) and in Australia (VCA, BAPA)
she took her passion for physical activity to the next level and
indulged into the world of Personal Training – having started in group
fitness with TRX and Boot-Camps and transitioning into one on one work
with clients whom strive for specific goals in the area of physical
endurance and psychological strength.
Holly’s expertise of physical strength and will power is reiterated by her
ability to engage her clients by allowing them to not only focus on the
training of the body but also the mind. As Holly has worked both
nationally and internationally as a social advocate, her understanding
of ‘the whole picture’ becomes an extremely important aspect of her
power to transform each client. She focuses on utilising every aspect of
the human body, from plyometric to resistance training and quite often
pushes the client’s barriers by incorporating heavy interval training as
well.
Holly as a trainer
Her passion for health and fitness is engrained in her training skills as she
constantly pushes the barriers. Holly is regularly seeking the newest
exercises, and relies on her creative ability to keep introducing new
and imaginative ideas for her clients.
Holly understands the importance of good health and nutrition having been a
professional performer for over 10 years. She is of the mindset that
‘action expresses priorities’ and believes that strong dedication, both
physically and psychologically, is what inevitably pays off as you only get out, what you put in.
